If your application is successful you will be invited to a group interview on one of the following Saturdays in London:

• 08th February
• 22nd March
• 26th April
• 17th May
• 7th June
• 21st June

Our Interviews

Safer recruitment is at the core of our application process, and the interview stage is a crucial element.

XUK interviews offer you the chance to demonstrate:

• How you cope in a pressured and new environment
• Your natural role within a team
• How you interact with others
• Your personality we are looking for kind, positive & enthusiastic people
• Why the position you are aplying for is suited to you

The interviews include:

• Working in a team
• A chance for candidates to ask and answer questions
• Running an activity by yourself.
• Verification of certificates, qualifications and identity documents

For certain positions, such as management roles, the application process may require a second interview stage.

Remember, your time is precious, so XUK need to be the right fit for you! Make sure you have researched the camps and jobs and come prepared with lots of questions.

Location

Our group interviews are held at a venue in North London, a 10 - 15 minute walk from either East Finchley or Finchley Central Tube station (northern line).

The exact venue details will be made clear on any invitation and a reminder in the days before the interview.
