Mini Minors & XUK Day Camp Feedback 2017
It’s been an amazing 2017 for us at our day camps, Mini Minors & XUK Day! We loved welcoming back lots of returning campers during Easter and the summer and said hello to some new faces too.
At the end of each summer, we ask families to feedback on our activities, staff team and other aspects of camp. Your feedback helps us ensure that your future experience with us is even better. When you drop your child off at a day camp, whether it is their first time or they are a returning camper, we know you will want a smooth drop off. You need to feel welcome and leave your child feeling happy in a very safe place.
95% of parents rated the quality of the drop-off procedure as good or excellent.
One parent commented said “The best thing about Mini Minors & XUK Day Camp is the enthusiasm of the staff from the start to the end of the day!” Another said “Loved the lion upon entry, all the smiling faces, the general sense of holding by all staff and how organised everything was.” Lionel, the lion loves to say good morning to our campers as they arrive!
Being an activity camp, we like to offer a wide range of activities to our campers. Our campers have different interests and talents and also love the opportunity to try something new. No day at our day camps is the same. A camper might be stroking a tarantula in the morning in our Animal Encounter workshop, scoring goals before lunch in a football session and making a volcano in the afternoon! We asked our parents to feedback on our activities…

98% of parents stated that the staff were aware and supportive of their child’s individual needs! The information you provide us with prior to camp starting, is very useful!
Families also told l us what they thought the best thing about our day camps is. Our staff team, activities and organisation came out on top as well as our cosy, trustworthy and friendly atmosphere!
